Brownies au chocolat et noix de pécan enrobées

Chocolate Caramel Pecan Brownies

Ingredients

  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 g of dark dessert chocolate
  • 80g butter
  • 50 g wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 9 caramel pecan kernels
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  • Break the chocolate into squares in a saucepan. Add the butter and melt everything over low heat.
  • When the chocolate and butter are melted, mix with a spatula.
  • Add the flour, pinch of salt and sugar, mix.
  • Break the eggs into the pan, mix again with the spatula vigorously. The dough is smooth and silky, it is ready.
  • Place the Pecan kernels at the bottom of the mold, cover with the Brownie mixture.
  • Bake at 180° for 20 minutes of cooking. Then leave to cool in the mold for 20 minutes before unmolding.
