Chocolate Caramel Pecan Brownies
Ingredients
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of dark dessert chocolate
- 80g butter
- 50 g wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 9 caramel pecan kernels
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- Break the chocolate into squares in a saucepan. Add the butter and melt everything over low heat.
- When the chocolate and butter are melted, mix with a spatula.
- Add the flour, pinch of salt and sugar, mix.
- Break the eggs into the pan, mix again with the spatula vigorously. The dough is smooth and silky, it is ready.
- Place the Pecan kernels at the bottom of the mold, cover with the Brownie mixture.
- Bake at 180° for 20 minutes of cooking. Then leave to cool in the mold for 20 minutes before unmolding.
